This is definitely the slowest week ever for achievements as I recently borrowed Football Manager 2006 back from my mate to continue my game save. I swear I’ll be an old man before I get all the SP achievements in this . It’s still brilliant though. Basically it’s all I’ve been playing, though there was a little dalliance with Lost Planet which sadly is one of the most infuriating games I’ve ever played. I wouldn’t mind if the little fucker could stay on his feet!

The bonus of playing Football Manager is that it’s very easy to watch a TV show.. or a few whilst you play, so I’ve continued my X-Files marathon where I currently stand at Season 4 episode 11! I can’t believe I’ve watched 83 episodes in such a short time! It’s still brilliant too, infact, some of the episodes I’ve just watched are even better than I remember them! The number of now accomplished actors I’ve seen in the past episodes of X-Files has taken my by surprise too, I am thinking of making a post regarding this in the future. I’ll probably make an article section made specifically for rants at anything… most things most likely, and almost definitely on a regular occurance regarding football :p.

Well, last week I said I wouldn’t play games and I ended up getting lots, this week I said I wouldn’t play games and I didn’t, so that’s a shame, but as my original post, Football Manager is too addictive. It’s also the pre-season … season… so I’ve been watching as much football as possible and I also went to see Harry Potter & Die Hard 4.0 so I actually have an excuse. I also installed Windows Vista Home 4 times on Wednesday. FOUR FUCKING TIMES! Each time it went in fine but 3D Studio Max 9.0 would not install, finally on the fourth go it did.. why it wouldn’t I have no idea, but I’ve been unable to do any work as promised, so I hope to rectify that soon.

This week I’ve also had a game go missing in the post (Tomb Raider Anniversary) so I need to get on to Swap Game about that as I could quite easily have an Xbox360 game in its place so I’m missing out on potential Achievements . Typical that I get grief from playing a Playstation 2 game. Karma some might say.

Anyway, short but sweet this week, hopefully next weeks will be more interesting. PEACE!
