Well, it’s my 23rd Birthday today, now I just feel old.

I went out last night with Matthew, Catherine, Lee, Kat and Chris and had a really good time, so thankyou very much to Matthew and Catherine who were the ring-leaders behind it all and took me for a surprise meal and a game of bowling the proceeded to pay for everything I did, they are real superstars and I love them to bits!

I went to TGI Fridays and it was a lot, lot nicer than it was the last time I went (18-24 months ago!) and had a good chat with my friends whilst eating a nice dinner, thanks guys!
For starters we all shared a 3-part dish consisting of Chicken Strips, Ribs and Shrimp. I then followed up by having Filet Mignon Steak (Medium-Rare) with Cheesy Mash and Coleslaw and it was very nice (not Vegas nice obviously ) but I can’t think of anything else I could have eaten last night that would have been better. I then followed it up with Chocolate Fudge Cake and Ice-Cream. Yummy. It was all washed down with a pint of Stella Artois (It was Stella or Boddingtons) which was refreshing.
We then all disappeared off to Hollywood Bowl where Lee beat me by 1 point, however I maintain I was robbed of 2 strikes :-p.

After coming home I was given some presents from Matthew and Catherine (more presents!) and I got 2 DVD’s (Renaissance and Beer Fest) and an Xbox360 Wireless Headset (Awesome!). I’m in a position where I have friends anyone would be jealous of and I am incredibly lucky and greatful for that.

I woke up this morning and off my parents I got a HMV Gift Card with £20 on it, Superman Returns on DVD and cash to cover a TV show to buy on DVD (ontop of the £20 gift card). Off my Grandma and Grandad I got £30, off my Gran I got £20 and I also got £20 from my mums friend Tracy. All good and I have ideas for it’s use already .

I’m going out tonight for a meal with Stephen and Helen (his Girlfriend) which I am really looking forward to, we may also be going to the cinema. There’s just the case of having to work 4.5 hours before it, but I am sure I’ll get some drinks bought for me so it’s all good.

Anyway, I’ll stop waffling now as I’m sure I’ve bored the shit out of you all, so…
