I forgot just how bloody brilliant the X-Files is, last year I spent over £120 in order to procure the entire collection of X-Files from Season 1 (1993) to Season 9 (2001) and I recently started to re-watch the entire series and I must say I honestly forgot just how awesome it is… it has everything, great stories, good acting, excellent characters, it must be one of the most influential TV shows of all time… after all, how many Science Fiction shows other than The Twilight Zone in the past were there on TV compared to now?
I recommend you all re-watch them given the chance.

I’ve got really good memories of the X-Files. I really enjoyed it even though I wasn’t an avid fan of it. The storylines were brilliant, as was the acting and the suspense and tension during some scenes were really well done.
Who could forget Eugene Tooms!
My fav episode was the green firefly/bug eps set in a woodland cabin in the middle of no where. I must admit that towards the latter seasons I was put off by the silly storylines, although I loved the movie.
I keep meaning to watch the X-Files again, I’ve only got Season 1 on video at the moment unfortunately but I used to love watching it the first time round. I’ve probably forgotten a lot so should be fun.
Both the Tooms episodes (Squeeze & Tooms), as well as the green fly episode (Darkness Falls) are all in season one, all 3 are superb as well.
If I’m being honest, I don’t think there was a single bad episode in season 1, but I did love the pilot and the Tooms episodes, they are just brilliance on camera, especially with the elongated fingerprints etc…
hehe, i went mad one day and bought all the x files box sets. Play.com where having a sale and were selling season boxsets for £10.99 each. Thought feck it and bought em all. Took me about a week of hardcore watching get through them all, worth it though as the storylines are top.
I reckon one day I’m going to end up impulsively buying the lot of em
Nokkon: The gamerscore league is flawed but I’m not so sure if it’s going to be as exploited as it could have been. I knew a fair few of the guys who won the last season and none of them had modded consoles, they just rented a LOT. But still managed to complete some challenging games as a lot of them had basically run out of easy 1ks (At least of the likes of NBA06 etc). There’s a cap this season of 1.5k each a week so could make it a bit more tactical.
I won’t manage it every week but good to have a target!
I dunno, I’m just doing it for fun really :p Hoping it’ll motivate me into aiming for at least 1k a week for the next few months and I can beat a few friends
